Newcomer Spoon Cereals had elbowed their way onto the shelves of some major retailers. But the challenge was to keep them there and grow their rate of sale.
Working with a tight budget, we tested a number of options, including in-store sampling, price promotion, FSDUs, and digital advertising.
By finding the right mix of low-cost activities, we grew the rate of sale in the test stores by a sweet 72% more than the control stores.
