HOW WE WORK

We use a simple 3 step process to review your marketing strategy and annual plan.  It’s a process that has worked for us in large businesses like Heineken, Arla & Weetabix, and also in smaller scale up businesses like MIGHTY drinks, and Spoon Cereals. We collaborate throughout the process, so there’ll be no surprises.

1. UNDERSTAND

We can’t begin to formulate a marketing strategy until we understand the market, the product, the audiences, and the context.

2. STRATEGY

Where and who are we going to target, and with which products? What are our “jobs to be done”? What are the SMART marketing objectives.

3. EXECUTE

How are we going do it? A short term month plan to deliver the marketing objectives, along with KPIs and measurement.
